We all love to pick up heavy things and put them back down. That being said, there may be moments where things do not go according to plan...
All of a sudden you feel a tweak, pull, snap or something else unusual followed by sharp or dull pain while weightlifting. Within as little as 8 hours the pain is noticeably worse with certain movements much more difficult to complete. Days continue to pass and there is no significant improvement.
Now you’re probably getting a little worried. Is there something seriously wrong? Do I need to see a Doctor for my injury?
A.J. answers both of these questions from a scientific perspective.

    My left knee cracks constantly everytime i go downstairs but never when walking. Sometimes it gets abit painful but not all the time. Been told i am double jointed but kever had problems with knee before so a little worried.😕

    I isolated the pop. It’s the tendon that goes over the back point of elbow (if bending your elbow, not the biggest point but the one closest to your body). Any good ways to loosen that

    I’m coming up on 12 weeks pain when pulling. The pain is also noticeable during scapular retraction as well as a noticeable weakness in tricep movements. I also have quite a bit of tightness in my chest and anterior Deltoid. Is there something specific I should consider trying?

    I have a recurring big toe injury that is upending my workout, which includes mostly squats, planks and pushups. I switched my pushups to knee pushups, which surprisingly are not much easier than regular. I’ll give these a try to replace the planks.
